The college will remain closed on 16.5.22 (Monday) on account of Buddha Purnima. Then the summer recess will start from 17.5.22 and continue up to 1.7.22 (Birth Anniversary of Bidhan Chandra Roy). However, Remedial online classes for Science, Arts and Commerce will be pursued according to following online routine, if the syllabus remains incomplete. All 1st year 2nd semester students must clear their Tuition fees within 7th April, 2022. No other fees would be charged for 2nd Semester.

Amount of tuition fees for 1st year (collected during second semester) are as follows:

  2.  For all BA Hons Students Rs 675/-
  3. For all BCom Gen Students Rs 540/- For all BCom Hons Students Rs 765/-
  4.  For all BSc Gen Students Rs 765/-  For all BSc Hons Students Rs 990/- 

 Method (Online):

  1. Click at “Admission/Tuition/Seat Booking Fees” at the top of this website marked by blinking star
  2. Then Accept the "Terms Used" by putting tick mark on the box and click "proceed", Then click State of Corporate / Institution "West Bengal",
  3.  Then Select Type of Corporate / Institution "Educational Institution",

  5.  Then Select “Tuition Fees for1st Year" from drop down menu (vide towards the bottom). Then Fill up the form putting the University Roll No as the "Application Number" and type the amount, as mentioned above.

Offline Classes Closed

As per Govt order No 253/XVII-ISS/2M-22/2022 dated 2.1.22 all offline classes in the college will remain closed up to 15.1.22 to prevent Omicron, the new varient of COVID. Entry of the students will be much restricted except special cases. The college authority has observed with great concern that many among the candidates of 2nd and 3rd year (3rd and 5th Sem) after submitting enrollment form with seat booking and admission fees challan in the cash office are reluctant in submitting downloaded completely filled up University Examination Form at the first floor office. If they do not submit the same within 9.1.22, 6 pm they will not get admit card from the university and sit in the examination. The date would not be extended by any means.

Awareness Camp for Student Credit Card Scheme

An Awareness Camp has been arranged on Student Credit Card Scheme at Room No 308 on 27.12.21 from 6 to 7 pm as per Govt. Order No 412-EH/RUSA-59/21 dated 17.12.21 as per the direction of Honourable Chief Minister of West Bengal. Students those who are interested to ensue higher education but could not undergo studies due to poor financial condition must apply.     • Under the visionary leadership of Mamata Banerjee, Hon’ble Chief Minister, West Bengal, The Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal has introduced the Student Credit Card Scheme for the students of West Bengal to enable them to pursue education without having any financial constraints. This scheme is designed to support the students to pursue secondary, higher secondary, madrasah, undergraduate and post graduate studies including professional degree and other equivalent courses in any School, Madrasah, College, University and other affiliated institutes within and outside India. Students studying in various coaching institutions for appearing in different competitive examinations like Engineering, Medical, Law, IAS, IPS, WBCS etc, can also avail the loan under this scheme. A student from West Bengal can obtain a maximum loan of Rs. 10 lakhs @ 4% per annum simple interest from the State Cooperative Bank and its affiliated Central Cooperative Banks and District Central Cooperative Banks and Public/ Private Sector Banks. 1% interest concession will be provided to borrower if the interest is fully serviced during the study period. The upper age limit for the interested students has been kept as 40(forty) years at the time of applying for loan. The repayment period shall be fifteen (15) years for any loan availed under this Credit Card including the Moratorium/ repayment holiday. Mark-sheet would be issued to BA BSc Hons & Gen Semester 2 and Hons & Gen Semester 4  on 7.12.21-8.12.21 and 9.12.21-10.12.21 respectively from 5 to 8 pm from the first floor office. Students should bring Admit Card (print), Fees book and Challans with them.

Issue of BCom Hons and Gen Semester 2 and Semester 4 Mark-sheet

Mark-sheet would be issued to BCom Hons & Gen Semester 2 and BCom Hons & Gen Semester 4  on 1.12.21-2.12.21 and 3.12.21-4.12.21 respectively from 5 to 8 pm from the first floor office. Students should bring Fees book and Challans with them. 

2nd Semester students should bring 1st year admission challan ans 1st year tuition fees challan with them.

4th Semester students should bring tuition fees challan, seat booking challan of Rs 700/- and 2nd year Admission challan. 

Amount of tuition fees for 1st year (collected during second semester) are as follows:
