Seat Booking for 2nd Year (3rd semester) and 3rd Year (5th Semester) students

All 2nd and 3rd Year Students of Semester 3rd and 5th respectively are hereby asked to book their seats by depositing Rs 700/- in this website within 20th September 2020 (extended). After 30th September 20 they may collect fees book by submitting the following papers to Sri Rajesh Roy of Cash office,  in particlar dates, will be announced later, following Social Distancing Rule as mentioned below:

1. A printed copy of Seat Booking form, filled in ink, which is seen at the top of this page, marked by blinking Star "Seat Booking for 3rd&5th Sem".

2. A copy of challan or e-receipt, along with admit card and /or marksheet of the previous year examination to the cash counter for enrollment. After passing out from University Exam of the previous semester in they would also have to deposite the Admission charges through this webpage for the respective year and submit the e-receipt of the same or bank challan copy.

Then Select Payment Category "Seat Booking 2nd/3rd year",

Then Fill up the form putting the college Roll No  of the previous year as the "Application Number",.

Confirm and pay by Challan or debit or credit Card or Net Banking.

After passing out from the Univrsity Exam of the previous year they must deposite the current year's admission fees by the same way by clicking the appropriate drop down menu , e.g., "2nd Year BA Gen".

2nd Provisional Merit List ot 1st Sem (1st Year) Candidates

All 1st Year (1st semester) Candidates must apply before 16.9.2020, 12AM. Candidates, whose names would be appearing in the 2nd Merit List (Provisional) on 17.9.2020, are hereby instructed to deposite their Admission Charges within 19.9.2020 (Extended)  through this webpage, against their successful Application Number, otherwise, they would have no claim for the seat, otherwise, the seat would be booked for them. 

After 30.9.20 the Students must submit the hard copy of the form and self-attested Xerox copies of certificates and Challan/e-receipt will get their Roll Number, Fees book and Identity Card from cash office, date of which will be Announced later through this webpage. Commencement of Classes will be announced later through this webpage.

Last date of Admission: as per university rule will be 25thSeptember 2020 (if the seats are available till then)

Check the form (Photo, Name, Subject etc) and take print out duly sign and send (1) scanned copy of the same, (2)Scanned copy of receipt of Seat Booking and Admission fees of the Candidate and (3) Scanned copy of payment receipt* (through Pay CU Exam Fees Online”)to the college email address info@bangabasievening.edu.in.

After payment they must submit the receipt along with the Examination form at the college email address info@bangabasievening.edu.in.

Entry of the candidates in the college campus is strictly prohibited due to COVID 19 alert.        

 It may be noted that if any student(s) unable to submit CU Form to the college office within schedule, the college authority will not be responsible for not approval. Online classes by E-Sikshak2 in the college Portal

The college has already started online classes from 15th March 2020 by Whatsapp of teachers, google classroom, Zoom etc according to the instruction of DPI, Education Directorate, Bikash Bhaban, which is essential due to the complete closure of the college to avoid chances of COVID19 virus infection. The students are asked to participate in classes by college online portal (E-Sikshak2), at the initial phase there would be no user name or password. This would later be helpful in participating in classes and receiving attendance.

Teachers are uploading study material in the form of jpg image, photographs, pdf file, word file, power point presentation or video presentation.

Students should follow the following steps for Online Classes:

First click at “E-Sikshak2” lying atop the webpage of the college at this website  www.bangabasievening.edu.in The webpage for online classes would be open and enter into college classroom through the right side of the opened page.

Then select session 2019-20, select Year/Semester, select Course Honours/General, and select Subject.  Now receive study material kept there by the teachers by smartphone or computer. At the initial phase there would be no user name or password. Later it would be imposed. 

Students may contact the departmental teachers, whose phone numbers are available in tbe 'Department' section of this page, if necessary.

On-line Teaching for the Students

      As per Notice issued by the Registrar, University of Calcutta and the issue of Lock-Down Notice by Govt of India all examinations of the University of Calcutta and Form Fill up related to examination or scrutiny  will remain suspended till further notice of the competent authority, as a precautionary measure to check the spread of COVID -19. The revised dates of exams will be notified later.

        The college office has also been closed completely. No one would be allowed to enter in the college campus. As per notice of the Principal to the departmental teachers on-line teaching process by whatsapp group/ google classroom/ ‘E-Sikshak’ is going on. Students, those who have not yet joined the group are asked to contact their respective HOD/in-Charges. Names and contact No of all HOD/in-Charges, along with all teachers of the departments are available in the 'Departments' section of this webpage.
