Click above on  Apply Online-UG Courses[2020-21]In this college portal www.bangabasievening.edu.in: fill up with uploading of all necessary documents (otherwise form would be cancelled) and print the form out 

then Click  
"Pay Admission/Tution/Seat Booking Fees", then url for online SBI would appear (also can directly go to SBI portal for payment through the Admission Form) 

Then Accept the "Terms Used" by putting tick mark on the box and click "proceed", Then click State of Corporate / Institution "West Bengal",

Then Select Type of Corporate / Institution "Educational Institution",

Then Select Educational Institutions Name "Bangabasi Evening College",

Then Select Payment Category "1st Year Admission Form" ,

Then Fill up the form putting the "Application Number" printed in the Form,

Confirm and pay by Challan or debit or credit Card or Net Banking

The same procedure is applicable for depositing admission fees also, if selected. Except clicking "1st Year Admission Form", at that time click on applied subject, e.g., "1st Year BA H English".

 

Payments are updated in the "Apply online-UG" portal in every 3-4 days.

Online Admission 2020-21 for BA BSc BCom Hons and Gen and BVoc under CBCS as per Govt order will start from 10.8.2020 following Govt order No 434 Edn(cs) dated 16.7.2020 after verification of marksheets online. The Hons Subjects include BA-Bengali, English, Sanskrit, Hindi, History, Philosophy, and Political Science; BSc includes Chemistry, Mathematics, Anthropology, Botany and Physiology and Economics;  BCom includes Accountancy Hons. BVoc includes 1.Hospitality and Tourism and 2. Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. No candidate will be asked to enter into the college campus. Detailed procedure for admission will be announced shortly following directives of Calcutta University.

Online classes by E-Sikshak2 in the college Portal

The college has already started online classes from 15th March 2020 by Whatsapp of teachers, google classroom, Zoom etc according to the instruction of DPI, Education Directorate, Bikash Bhaban, which is essential due to the complete closure of the college to avoid chances of COVID19 virus infection. The students are asked to participate in classes by college online portal (E-Sikshak2), at the initial phase there would be no user name or password. This would later be helpful in participating in classes and receiving attendance.

Teachers are uploading study material in the form of jpg image, photographs, pdf file, word file, power point presentation or video presentation.

Students should follow the following steps for Online Classes:

First click at “E-Sikshak2” lying atop the webpage of the college at this website  www.bangabasievening.edu.in The webpage for online classes would be open and enter into college classroom through the right side of the opened page.

Then select session 2019-20, select Year/Semester, select Course Honours/General, and select Subject.  Now receive study material kept there by the teachers by smartphone or computer. At the initial phase there would be no user name or password. Later it would be imposed. 

Students may contact the departmental teachers, whose phone numbers are available in tbe 'Department' section of this page, if necessary.

On-line Teaching for the Students

      As per Notice issued by the Registrar, University of Calcutta and the issue of Lock-Down Notice by Govt of India all examinations of the University of Calcutta and Form Fill up related to examination or scrutiny  will remain suspended till further notice of the competent authority, as a precautionary measure to check the spread of COVID -19. The revised dates of exams will be notified later.

        The college office has also been closed completely. No one would be allowed to enter in the college campus. As per notice of the Principal to the departmental teachers on-line teaching process by whatsapp group/ google classroom/ ‘E-Sikshak’ is going on. Students, those who have not yet joined the group are asked to contact their respective HOD/in-Charges. Names and contact No of all HOD/in-Charges, along with all teachers of the departments are available in the 'Departments' section of this webpage.

All examinations of the University of Calcutta will remain suspended from 16.3.2020 to 31.3.2020

As per Notice issued by the Registrar, University of Calcutta dated 14th March 2020, all examinations of the University of Calcutta will remain suspended from 16.3.2020 to 31.3.2020, as a precautionary measure to check the spread of COVID -19. The revised dates of exams will be notified later.

However, the college office may remain open partly for emergency activities. All teaching and Non-teaching staff are hereby requested not to leave the station during this period without prior permission.

College Closed Except Emergency Activities

In view of the Press Release No. 85-SSE/20, dated 14.03.2020, issued by the Honourable Chief Minister, Government of West Bengal , the college will remain closed from 16.03.2020 (MONDAY)  to 31.03.2020 (Tuesday).

However, the University Examinations will be held as per current schedule unless further notified from the University of Calcutta.

Further, the college Office/Departments may remain open for emergency activities like Form fill-up, submission of examination related fees etc. as notified by the College Authorities time-to-time.

The General Meeting of Provident Fund Subscribers, which was scheduled to be held on 17.3.20 (Tuesday) has been postponed, as because all gatherings is to be avoided as per Press Release No. 85-SSE/20, dated 14.03.2020, issued by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of West Bengal, as a preventive measure against the possibility of insurgent Corona Virus infection.

The candidates whose names have appeared in the first or second merit list, but could not get provisionally admitted within 15.6.19 and 28.6.19 respectively, may get a chance to revalidate their previous application form by depositing Rs 200/- by clicking on “1st Year Admission Form in favor  of the old Application No. All Classes will start from 5th July 2019. Candidates have been called in specific dates (subject-wise) for verification of Form, Mark sheet, Admit etc. with their original one as already announced in this Notice Box.

Admission Verification

All Classes of new 1st Year 1st Semester BA, BSc, BCom will commence from 5th July 2019.  Verification of Mark-sheet etc. for confirming Admission will be held on 5-6th July, 2019 for BCom Hons and Gen, 8-9th July, 2019 for BA Hons and Gen; 10-11th July2019, for BSc Hons and Gen from 5.30 to 8.30pm. Students must bring the following documents in original for verification.

1.     Higher Secondary Mark-sheet (Original)

2.     Madhyamik Admit Card or certificate for Age Proof (Original)

3.     Caste Certificate from West Bengal Government (Original), if any.

4.     Aadhar Card (Original)

5.     School leaving Certificate (Original)

6.     Migration Certificate (Original) for other State Boards

7.     Handicapped Certificate, if any

Candidates must be physically present before Verification Board for confirmation of Admission. They must submit the following documents to the office at the time of verification:

B.A/B.Sc/B.Com (1+1+1 System) Part-I (Hons & Gen) Online Form Fill-up For C.U Examination 2019.

 

All 1st year B.A/B.Sc/B.Com (Hons and General) (1+1+1system) regular and casual students who are appearing in the C.U Examination 2019 are informed to submit their examination form online  from: 20.6.2019 to 25.6.2019.

After entering the site go to student option and put the Registration number in box. The form will appear with your all details, check the form (Photo, Name, Subjects etc)and take print out and meet 1St floor office.

Note: 1) All candidates are asked to bring with their Registration certificate, Fees books, Library clearance, Tuition fees paid up to June 2019.

2) It may be noted that if any student(s) unable to submit CU Form to the college office within schedule, the college authority will not be responsible for not approval. After last date, the college authority unable to approved their candidature through CU website portal.
