All BA, BSc Bcom Hons and Gen Students of 3rd Sem (Second Year) and 5th Sem (Third Year) are asked to submit their Seat booking Fees (i.e., 3rd / 5th Sem Fees) amounting Rs 700/- plus Admission fees (i.e., 4th / 6th semester fees) online by putting their University Roll No as Application No. within 15th Decemder 2021.

Issu of BCom Hons and Gen Semester 2 and Semester 4 Mark-sheet

Mark-sheet would be issued to BCom Hons & Gen Semester 2 and BCom Hons & Gen Semester 4  on 1.12.21-2.12.21 and 3.12.21-4.12.21 respectively from 5 to 8 pm from the first floor office. Students should bring Fees book and Challans with them. 

2nd Semester students should bring 1st year admission challan ans 1st year tuition fees challan with them.

4th Semester students should bring tuition fees challan, seat booking challan of Rs 700/- and 2nd year Admission challan. 

Amount of tuition fees for 1st year (collected during second semester) are as follows:

The last date of submission of BA, BSc, BCom Hons and Gen, 2nd Semester examination form to the college has been extended up to 7.8.21. Those who could not submit till date would have to submit the downloaded filled up and signed form to the college office within the that date from 4-7 pm. Read with Notice of Exam form Fill up and submission to the college on 30th June 2021 in this online notice board, and bring the documents mentioned therein.

 

 Casual Students, or Regular students, failed or absent in 2nd semester who live outside Bengal or at Darjeeling Jalpaiguri, Mursidabad or Malda District, those who have already submitted Calcutta University Examination Form (Casual) for BA BSc BCom 2nd semester through www.cuexam.net portal, but were unable to comply the hard copy of the same to the college office due to transportation problem related to cancellation of trains as a preventive measure against COVID 19 pandemic may fill up the following Google form for checking of deposited fees to the college and email the signed pdf of CU Examination form to officebec17@gmail.com within 7.8.21 12AMStudents should write their University Registration No in the place of Application No.

          Regular students, failed or was absent in 2nd semester should pay Rs 300/- per form through SBI Collect as "Other Charges". In addition to that Candidates those who have dropped the entire year/semester should pay Rs 1000/- as "other charges" for one year. After checking the submission of fees the college authority will approve the same to the CU portal. This is applicable for regular, regular back and casual students for 2nd sem only. Collection of Fees Book for regular students and submission of Enrolment Form (Casual)

 

Canditates those will be appearing in 2nd 4th and 6th Semester or 3rd Year BA BSc and BCom, but was unable to collect their Fees book due to COVID pandemic, are asked to collect the same from Sri Rajesh Roy of the cash office after submitting their e-receipts within 9th to 12th July 2021, 4-8 pm, because it is essential for exam form fill up (2nd Sem Studens would have to show their Admission Challan and Tuition fees Challan, 4th and 6th Semester students as well as 3rd year students should submit their Seat Booking Challan and Admission Challan along with completely filled up  Seat Booking Form for 3rd & 5th sem downloaded from the portal filled in ink or directly collecting the said form from the cash office itself. Semester Students those will be appearing as a back candidate for the said exam should deposit Rs 1000/- as enrolment fees as "Other charges" through  Pay Admission/Tution/Seat Booking Fees   portal and submit the copy of challan. However, 3rd Year Casual students are asked to deposit Rs 300/- in cash per year for back subject (s) as casual enrollment fees to include their names as casual students and keep the receipt for form fill up. There will be no form fill up charge as per university guideline.

Student Credit Card Scheme

  • Under the visionary leadership of Mamata Banerjee, Hon’ble Chief Minister, West Bengal, The Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal has introduced the Student Credit Card Scheme for the students of West Bengal to enable them to pursue education without having any financial constraints. This scheme is designed to support the students to pursue secondary, higher secondary, madrasah, undergraduate and post graduate studies including professional degree and other equivalent courses in any School, Madrasah, College, University and other affiliated institutes within and outside India. Students studying in various coaching institutions for appearing in different competitive examinations like Engineering, Medical, Law, IAS, IPS, WBCS etc, can also avail the loan under this scheme. A student from West Bengal can obtain a maximum loan of Rs. 10 lakhs @ 4% per annum simple interest from the State Cooperative Bank and its affiliated Central Cooperative Banks and District Central Cooperative Banks and Public/ Private Sector Banks. 1% interest concession will be provided to borrower if the interest is fully serviced during the study period. The upper age limit for the interested students has been kept as 40(forty) years at the time of applying for loan. The repayment period shall be fifteen (15) years for any loan availed under this Credit Card including the Moratorium/ repayment holiday.   • Keeping in mind the lockdown  announcement issued by the State Government vide No. 647-ISS/2M-22/2020 dated 15-05-2021,  Bangabasi Evening College has been closed from 16th May,2021 (Sunday) till 30th May,2021 (Sunday) unless otherwise notified by the Government.

The college administration may, however, call upon certain staff to perform emergency duties like salary preparation, university related works if and when deemed necessary. All staff are requested not to leave station without proper permission from the Principal.
