If the candidate has already been registered under CU from a different college, he should write a letter to the Secretary UG council, CU, forwarded by Principal of this college seeking his permission for transferring the said registration to Bangabasi Evening College, with old/new subject combination. Otherwise, his admission is subjected to be cancelled.

If the candidate claims after 15 days are over from the date of admission, he will get half of the admission fees back. After 15.9.22 no claim would be entertained.

Extended dates of verification of First year 1st Semester Candidates

Freshly admitted candidates of First Year 1st Semester should note their provisional Roll number in the following link.

The candidate must be present before the verification board. After showing their Original mark-sheet , Original age proof certificate (Class 10th Admit), Original Caste Certificate (if any), Original CU Registration Certificate (for already Registered backlog candidates) and submitting Admission form with Xerox copy of the said documents  along with two passport size photographs and Xerox challan to the Cash office their Roll No will be finalized. Then they would be provided Fees Book, Prospectus and Identity Card from the Cash office. Verification will be made in 1st floor office and after verification Identity card, Fees Book and Prospectus will be issued from the cash office.

Those who have not yet verified their admission form for BA, BSc, BCom (Hons and Gen) first year 1st sem candidates must complete their verification from 24.9.22 to 28.9.22, 5-8pm from 1st Floor Office.

Certificate Distribution Ceremony of MSc. in Mathematics and B.Voc.

         This is a great pleasure to announce that the college is going to organize the Certificate Distribution Ceremony of MSc. in Mathematics (Session: 2015-17, 2016-18, 2017-19) and B.Voc. (Session: 2018-21) pass-out students from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM on 26.08.2022 at Calcutta University Institute Hall, 7, Bankim Chatterjee St, College Square, Kolkata.
           The ceremony shall be graced by the auspicious appearance of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Sonali Chakravarti Banerjee, Hon’ble. Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic), Prof (Dr). Asish Chattopadhyay, and other dignitaries of the University of Calcutta.

           The pass-outs of Anthropology, Physiology Botany and Accountancy Hons and MSc who received First Class with Highest percentage of marks in the college will be awarded.

Seat Booking and Tuition Fees for 3rd semester (2nd Year) and 5th Semester (3rd Year) Students

 

All BA, BSc BCom Hons and Gen Students of 3rd Sem (Second Year) are asked to submit their Seat booking Fees (i.e., 3rd / 5th Sem Fees) amounting Rs 700/-  online by putting their University Roll No as Application No. within 15th September 2022 (Extended). They should also have to pay tuition fees, if not already paid in 1st year.

The 5th Sem (Third Year) students must submit their Seat Booking Fees within the same date. Students must submit their admission fees within 31st October 2022. Classes will start from 22.8.22 (Monday). 

Amount of tuition fees for 1st year (collected during second semester) are as follows:

  1.  For all BA Gen Students Rs 450/-,
  2.  For all BA Hons Students Rs 675/-
  3. For all BCom Gen Students Rs 540/- For all BCom Hons Students Rs 765/-
  4.  For all BSc Gen Students Rs 765/-  For all BSc Hons Students Rs 990/- 

Method of Payment of Seat Booking & Tuition Fees through the college portal

Go to www.bangabasievening.edu.in):Click “ Pay Admission/Tution/Seat Booking Fees” at the top of this college webpage,

Then Accept the "Terms Used" by putting tick mark on the box and click "proceed",

Then click State of Corporate / Institution "West Bengal",

Then Select Type of Corporate / Institution "Educational Institution",

Then Select Educational Institutions Name "Bangabasi Evening College",

Then Select Payment Category, "Seat Booking" or "Tuition Fees of 1st Year", In case of the latter type the tuition fees amount from the above list, whichever is appropriate. 

 Then Fill up the form putting the University Roll No as "Application Number", as appeared in the Admit Card, Fill up the SBI form Confirm and pay by Challan or debit or credit Card or Net Banking

After payment fill up  Seat Booking Form for 3rd & 5th sem and attach the Xerox copy of 2 challan receipts (One for seat Booking and other for Admission) and Xerox mark-sheet of the previous semester. Then submit to the cash office.

 BCom, BA-BSc Hons and Gen 2021 1st Sem Mark-Sheet will be issued from 1st floor office on the following dates:

BCom Hons and Gen 30.5.22 to 1.6.22,   6-8 pm

BA & BSc Hons and Gen 2.6.22 to 4.6.22,    6-8 pm   

Students must bring their fees book, challan for admission fees and tuition fees verified from cash office and admit card with them.

 

All 1st year students must clear their Tuition fees before receiving their mark-sheet. No other fees would be charged for 2nd Semester.

Amount of tuition fees for 1st year (collected during second semester) are as follows:

  2.  For all BA Hons Students Rs 675/-

Summer Recess

The college will remain closed on 16.5.22 (Monday) on account of Buddha Purnima. Then the summer recess will start from 17.5.22 and continue up to 1.7.22 (Birth Anniversary of Bidhan Chandra Roy). However, Remedial online classes for Science, Arts and Commerce will be pursued according to following online routine, if the syllabus remains incomplete. Also Practical classes of Science and Commerce departments may be held on specific dates, if the practical syllabus is incomplete.
